REFUND POLICY
Please note that due to each item being customised and not able to be re-sold to another customer, we do not give refunds on processed orders. If you cancel your order before we go to print, you will be refunded in full. But, if we have gone to print, you cannot be refunded.
It is each customers responsibility to check your own spelling and placement of pictures.
If we, “Third Story”, have made an error on our side with regards to a book being damaged upon arrival etc, we will replace the book at no cost to you. The book will be replaced and no refund given.
